Education is a key component of our aim to transform lives and communities among the poor and marginalised in India. By being willing to sponsor the educational costs of an Indian Dalit child, you will not only be impacting the child's life for ever, but also be supporting the Dalit community in its fight for freedom and dignity.

Sponsorship costs £15 per child per month. In the UK the Dalit Education sponsorship programme is managed and administered by our partner organisation Free a Dalit Child. They have been running the sponsorship programme with OMIF since 2006 and will handle all of the administration, correspondence and financial details including gift aid reclaim etc. of your sponsorship. They will also answer your questions about the process and what is covered by the sponsorship money.
